I had a file open and was filling different people into the file one particular person was entered and when I clicked on the ok button the whole thing disappeared, now when I open the file I was working on he is missing from the family but shows up as a stand-alone family how can I get him and his family back into the original file.
When adding a spouse, parent or child use the option to “Select existing person”. That will link him into the correct family.
