RM10 SQLite Error 6 - database table is locked

I have two monitors, but have had no issues entering DNA.

It sounds like it could be an issue with RM10 since @EmmaHP just posted about the same problem as I am having. Thank you!

@jmlast and @MKGT Adding to this discussion–something else for @TomH Tom and @thejerrybryan Jerry to ponder on as well as @rzamor1 --I moved my 1st database to RM 10 on the first day and I have absolutely no problems with any SQLite Error 6–can add all the health and DNA facts I want-- multiple items to a person and multiple people…

So today I moved my 2nd file to RM10–my test database–and I keep getting the SQLite Error 6 on both DNA and health-- I was able to add one DNA then every time I try to change the provider, I get the error—on health all I got was cardiovascular before the error came up…
Looking at Properties for both everything is the same except date of import and size…
Right now I have them saved to my desktop ( originally they were in my Roots Magic 10 file) and it bothers me that when you look at the files on the desktop it says RM 9

BUT when I go to open the file on the desktop it says RM 10

Win 11 64 Bit–1 monitor-- don’t use any cloud service

I’m clueless at this point.

I haven’t yet played with the new DNA feature or the new Health feature. However, it seems very doubtful that there is any conflict with any syncing software. Users who are not syncing in any way are seeing the problem. The description of SQLite Error 6 further suggests an error in the RM10 app rather than a problem with syncing software.

I’m having the same SQLite Error 6 when I try to add MyHeritage DNA. I added AncestryDNA without any problems.

We’ve had several reports of the SQLite Error 6 on the Health and DNA tabs but cannot find a pattern as of yet.

@jmlast on the DNA, I can add all I want to an individual as long as it is the same provider–once you try to change to a different provider-- the error occurs…


On the health issue I don’t get pass selecting the illness/ disease
