All of a sudden my Toolbar (File, Edit, Lists, etc.) is vertical at the far left of the screen. I’ve restarted my Windows 11 machine to no avail. I can’t find anything about how to “customize” the toolbar so that it’s either vertical or horizontal. Help!
There IS NO customization for those orientations. It’s ONLY always horizontal.
Right-clicking anywhere in the Toolbar area brings up the Customize option.
The info is stored in “C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\RootsMagic\Version 7\RMToolbar.ini”
EDIT:
LEFT-CLICK any blank part of the toolbar and drag ~ WILL change orientation.
Thank you. Unfortunately, when I left-click the blank part of the toolbar, I get the four arrows pointing in the four directions (North, East, South, and West) and I can’t drag anything.
With those four arrows showing… just drag from left vertical back up to top horizontal (right below the icons bar) where it will suddenly reappear. There’s only those two positionings.
Bravo. It worked. Thank you.
