Is there a way in RM10 to print a list of shared facts?
Probably not since any Fact can be shared.
No.
Also, there is no way to search for shared facts, color code people with shared facts, make groups of people with shared facts, etc.
That’s one of several requested enhancements of this feature within a short time from the release of RM4 15 years ago of which none have been delivered. It looks great on the features list, in RootsTech demos and YouTube videos but use of shared events in earnest confronts frustrating shortcomings in the program’s support of them. They need to be treated equally with the Principal and specially for the secondary roles.
Some of the earliest sqlite scripts were workarounds for these shortcomings.

Thank you to everyone who replied to my question - it looks as though I am going to have to rethink my sharing facts.
In advanced search, Number of Shared Facts greater than 0
Good catch. That one snuck in on me, and I don’t remember an announcement. It wasn’t in RM9, and I don’t know if it came in with RM 10.0,0 or with RM 10.0.1.
I have just now played with it. It’s way better than nothing, but it’s a very broad stroke. It’s for all facts for a person. For example, you can’t search just on the Census facts which have been shared. And it does nothing for columns in People List View or in Custom Reports or for exporting shared facts as real facts to software that doesn’t support shared facts.
I was curious about whether it’s searching for people who have the original fact that is shared or if it is searching for people who have the role, or if it is both. It’s not both. It’s looking only for the role. So if you have a head of household with a Census fact that has a role shared with five other family members, then it’s the five other family members who show up in the search and not the head of household.
I agree it is not an ideal report as it does not show which facts are shared or what the role is for that fact, but it is a start. I used the Individual list report, choosing include?, select from list, Mark by data fields, number of shared facts > 0, and on report setting, checking facts for each person (and nothing else), included in the report were individuals that were sharees not sharers (unless they are both.)
I ran the Individual List report on one person who was the “sharer” on one fact and the “sharee” on two facts. Similar to the Timeline List report, the “sharee” facts were not listed.
Alaine–Thanks for the info— I ran a report based on what you posted here and the results for individual List with only individual facts checked-data field-share facts > 0 were
Acorn, Sue-3 (F)
Birth 1826 in London England
Step-Daughter Sissy Doppler; 1827 in London England (about age 1)
Baptism 27 April 1827 in London England (about age 1)
Godparent Joe Bob Acorn; 1858 in London England (about age 32)
Death 1926 in Birmingham , England (about age 100)
Marriage Sam Wilson-his best friend and Sarah Low-her best friend were witnesses.; 1846-05-10 in London England
Marriage This was also a 2nd marriage for Sam Know; 1899 in London, Middlesex Co., England (about age 73)
Marriage-more than one 1913 in London England (about age 87)
note that in this one, it shows her 2 marriages-- I guess because I used the description?
Then I ran 2 more reports –
1st I ran an advanced search with criteria # of shared matches–saved that …
Then ran an individual list using choosing include?, select from list, Mark saved search ( it reruns the search) and the results were:

Ends up the same–including marriages…
**Last report was Individual Summary using choosing include?, select from list, Mark saved search ( it reruns the search) and the results were: **

and yes I know I have a will wife fact after she died— This last one shows all her shared facts EXCLUDING marriages ???–it show what the fact is, what the role is, date, who shared it with them , any description info if included- place details and place - the only thing I checked on the report is individual facts…
will also note that I ran your original report using individual List with only individual facts checked-data field-share facts > 0 and it was exactly the same as Individual Summary with saved search
Think you already figured this out Jerry but just in case others missed it-- using either advanced search/ criteria shared matches >0 or data field with criteria shared matches >0, you can now make a group out of them and color code them in RM 10.0.1.0
Yes, I saw the new feature. It’s a good step in the right direction and it’s way better than nothing. But it’s a very broad stroke, being all or nothing at the person level. I may be missing something, but for example I don’t think it can be targeted just at the Census fact or at the Wife or Son or Daughter roles for the Census fact. Nor is there support for roles as columns in People List View nor for Custom Reports. Nor can roles be exported as facts for use of software that doesn’t support roles, e.g., Ancestry and Family Search or software that can read RM’s GEDCOM but which doesn’t support roles.
The new feature is searching for people with roles, not the people with the fact which owns the role. So for a Census fact for the head of household and roles for Wife and Son and Daughter shared with family members, it’s finding the family members and not the head of household. Conceptually, that’s probably what you want. But I often want to go the other direction and find a fact that I normally share and which hasn’t been shared yet. I have an SQLite script which does that one for me.
seemed more appropriate to add my response here vs starting a new thread.
Is there a way in RM to show all Residential Family that have been shared one or more times? (and not include census or other shared facts with >=1 and not omit Res (Fam) shared >=1)?
Person Search- Advanced by criteria search will find who has a shared fact using Filter: Number of Shared Facts - greater than - 0. The results are how many shared facts a person (Sharee) has, not how many of a certain type or who is the sharer.
so only possible Sqlite presently - was hoping I could do in RM – thanks.(what I suspected)
If others think this is something they want in RM UI – then they can chime in if its worthy of a request. Otherwise I can manage without it.
Kevin
I most often want to know in the other direction, whether a particular fact has a role that has been shared. So I’m interested in the sharer more often thant the sharee.
I’m pleased this one new feature was added, but it has a ways to go to meet all my needs. In the meantime, I will continue to manage my shared roles with SQLite scripts.
