Preparer Information in reports

In RM9 I am trying to create a report of individual summaries that includes Preparer info. I check the box to include the info (which is in the file) but I don’t see where it shows up in the report. Am I missing something? Is there a cheat to get a header on the pages that includes my info? Thx in advance.

Should be before the Endnotes

If you don’t see it at the end of the report, and right before the Endnotes, then check if you have the Preparer information filled out. It’s under Settings, Preparer.

Yes @JacquelineCJR there is a way to get the Preparer info on the top of every page if that is what you are looking for–I tried this in RM 10 but it should work the same in RM 9…

Click on the Arrow by TITLE-- it goes to a 2nd page and add the info you want such as
Individual Summary - [Person]. Prepared by Joe Smith, 400 Rose Lane, London, England 888-900-0000
Then go back to main page and go to HEADER AND FOOTER UNDER LAYOUT
and set up as shown below

note – I had to move Title in the center over otherwise it overlaps—The title will print on all pages–if you select mirror on even pages, the date is only shown every other page and Title starts exactly where it is now.

That was super helpful, Nancy – thank you so much!
