When entering lat-long into Places, it is in decimal degree format. But if you Publish Place Report, the format is DMS,
DD MM SSS. Can you change the format in the Report?
I would prefer DD MM.MMM or even DD.DDDD

Yup, Iād really prefer the simple decimal notation too.
and if the devs have any spare time, how about output in radians? 
I have also suggested that users should be able to select a preference for how coordinates should be entered and displayed. My preference is for DD.DDDD but some users might wish to stay with the old-style DD MM SS format. Make the choice part of either program settings or an option for the place db.
