Missing Death Fact

I’ve created a Profile to which I have successfully added a number of Facts – including Death (date, location, source). However, the Death information is not showing up in this profile’s “box” in the Family view. Sync’d with Ancestry and the Death fact showed up there. The Profile Detail includes the Death fact, which also shows up on the “Details” tab in the navigation window. How do I get the Family view Profile box to update with this information? Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Deleting the fact completely from RM and adding it through an Amazon sync process. (The fact sync’s, but doesn’t show up on the Family view Profile “box.”)
  2. Ran the “Rebuild Indexes” tool successfully
  3. Ran the "Remove phantom records tool successfully

I have RM 10 running in Microsoft Windows.

Has anybody else had this happen and if so, how can I fix it?


You have 2 death facts, delete the incorrect one and it will appear.

Thanks! I feel like an idiot for not seeing that lone fact at the bottom. I think I need to take a break!

We’ve all missed the obvious at time – the forest /trees. Do not feel bad. If we laugh its because most of us have done the same thing.
