Before I retired, I worked a number of years for a boutique marketing communications firm with our own, proprietary SQL database for managing B2B sales leads, so I have some experience with database logic/management. As I further immerse myself in genealogy, I am familiarizing myself with some of the idiosyncrasies of RootsMagic 9, Ancestry.com, FamilySearch, FindMyPast, etc. and how they work – or don’t – together.
