I’m working through my Problem List, item by item, to tidy up issues in my database. It’s proving to be a bit of a long-winded process.
The Problem List has an ‘Edit person’ button to take me to that particular person’s Edit screen where I can see exactly what the problem is. So far so good, but what’s missing is any easy way to get from there to WebHints so I can start looking for an answer to the problem. At the moment, all I can do is close the Edit Person screen, then close the Problem List dialog box, then navigate to the person in the main Pedigree or Family view, then click on WebHints there or in the accompanying Sidebar. Can anyone suggest a better / quicker route please?
It brings me back to something I’ve mentioned here before : it would be a good idea to have the WebHints icons on the Edit Person screen as well as on the main people screens. I would find it really helpful, not just for resolving Problem List items but also for working with facts generally. I wonder what others think.
