How to insert a missing generation

one part of my family tree has an error where I have a person and the next older generation appears to be his grandfather and grandmother. I have found the father (also the son of the grandparents), but can’t find a way to put him between the person and his grandparents.

Right-click “a person” and choose Unlink > From Parents > OK

Right-click “a person” and choose Add > Add Parents > Select Existing Person > choose the found father > choose the parental couple > OK

Family View for grandkid, UNlink from grandparents.
On grandparents, select Add Children. If the son is in database Select Person - if not just add him.
On Son, add the grandkid.
