How can I modify or delete a Role I entered?

I entered a Role name incorrectly. How may I delete the incorrect Role or edit the spelling of the Role?

Go back into the Fact Type List and find the Fact that owns your Role. From there, you can edit the spelling of the Role without changing anything else about the Role and without needing to delete the Role and recreate it.

There are lots of ways to find the Fact Type list. One way is that from any of the main people views such as Family View or Pedigree View, there is a 3 Dots icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Fact Type List is the first option under 3 Dots. Actually, there are two 3 Dots icons, one above the other. The one Iā€™m talking about is the lower one.
