FamilySearch ID -- can't unlink person from deleted ID#

What does that mean, “open a support ticket”? Do you mean send an email to support@rootsmagic.com ? Because I’m trying to wade through the https://support.rootsmagic.com website, and it’s really not much help. Under the topic “Support Tickets”, it just gives the website name (that I’m already on), and the email address. No further information:

Support tickets
http://support.rootsmagic.com
support@rootsmagic.com

Top right corner of that page you linked has the words Submit a request as a link.

Thank you. My eyes didn’t even see that top bar.

I could not unmatch somebody in RootsMagic 7 from their FamilySearch ID. I suspect part of the problem is that RM 7 allowed me to connect the husband and wife when I accidentally had the husband marked as female, and FamilySearch accepted him as female but when his wife reached the 110 year rule and I tried to add her, things went haywire. Anyway, I had to create a new husband, marked as male, with the same facts as her first husband, then attached him to Family Tree as a new person, and then deleted her first husband. Then I had to attach the second husband to the same parents as the first husband had. There should be a way to detach a person from their FamilySearch ID without logginf into the FamilyTree server.
