Error doing Add DNA Match

Doing Add DNA Match. Have done a few with the Provider as Ancestry - which is coming up as the default. Now I want to do an add with the Provider as myheritage. When I click on the down arrow for provider I get a SQLite Error 6. I can click ok and get out, but it seems that I can only do adds for the provider as Ancestry. Where do I actually need to report this error to?
