When I try to customize my People list, I want to see Birth, Marriage, Death and Buried dates… I am able to add 3 of them… However, Marriage date does not appear on the selection list at all.
Can we get that added?
This is for Individuals not Couples since a marriage is between 2 people.
Look at the Couples List to see the marriages.
I doubt your wish will come true since it can be found in Couples List.
(you could get around it by adding Misc with the marriage date but you wouldn’t want to do that)
Marriage and family facts are not available by design since they are NOT people (individual) facts.
Unless you have a custom marriage fact (individual) it will not appear in the list and is expected for any family fact

I understand the point both of you made. However, if it were that difficult to code, it would not likely appear on an individual ancestor’s Edit Person page… The fact it is there tells me it would be relatively easy to code into the application, as should any fact type which appears on that page.
Still, thank you for at least explaining why I am seeing what I am…
it is likely easy to code – the issue would be people with multiple marriages for one thing if each person was married twice that would would be 4 rows instead of one— the people grid by design in one row per individual for that “view” – to your point creating a view that allow more than one row is possible – just might be messier

The way I get a marriage fact when adding new people is to first add the marriage fact. Then on the select spouse form I select “Add a new spouse”. After adding the new spouse it will then add the marriage fact so you can fill it out.
