You can change the Death fact to the Fallen fact type if that is all you are needing to do. On the Edit Fact panel at the top where it says “Fact type” click on the arrow to select a different fact type. As long as the same fields are enabled it will display them.
Otherwise, if both facts are needed you will need to add the place. You don’t need to copy and paste it. Just start typing and you should be able to select the place name as it comes up.

I would add all the causes of death in the description field, and if needed continue in the note field on the death fact. You can also record them in the Health History.
