This screenshot is from Apps & features in Windows 10. My RM 7 says it is update to date with version 7.7.0.0. What could this app for RM 7.9.350.0 with 140 MB be for?
I just noticed a very tiny “8” in the icon. Is this for RootsMagic 8?
Nevermind, when I went to uninstall it, it said it was RM 8.
It was actually a beta or community preview version of RM8. When RM made version 8 available for testing, they didn’t internally number them as RM8 and only did so when they felt they had a release worth version.
