When you type for example “Furr, W” in the RM 11 Index box, you get a list of every Furr whose given name includes a W anywhere in the name, for example Aaron Wayne Furr. Please change this so that it shows only those whose given name begins with a W.
The design is intentional. It’s a wildcard search. If you want to see only the given names beginning with W, begin your search with " For example, "furr, w
That will remove the wildcard aspect from both the surname and the given name. For example, a search for the surname smith will return both Highsmith and Smith. A search for "smith will return only Smith. But for me at least, the " trick works either for both the surname and the given name or for neither.
