Natürlich kommen im wieder neue Gruppenmitglieder hinzu. Wie erreiche ich, dass dann nicht das fact-event immer wieder neu erzeugt wird. Das fact-event soll also nur geschrieben werden falls es nicht schon existiert?
one way would be if the group criteria logic has something like BUT NOT “Fact exists” that way the members are only that list of people

it will then only add fact/note to those members (dont forget to refresh before running)
make sure you have a backup before running in case results are not desired.
This one is pretty simple. It’s not a case where you have to define multiple groups and then combine the multiple groups together. Make a single group with two criteria. Connect the criteria with AND. In this case, it doesn’t matter which order the criteria are listed. Name the group as something like “Missing a Früh verstorben fact” or “Needs a Früh verstorben fact”
The group does need to be refreshed before you use it. It doesn’t refresh in a totally automatic manner. Which is to say that it will not automatically include any new people you add to your database who meet your criteria. But if you make it a Rules group and refresh it before you use it, it will then include all the new people you have added to your database who meet your criteria,
