I have these places Listed as Mill, Dill and Vici, but Place Names says is error and wants to change it to MILL, DILL and VICI.
Way too little information for anyone to give you a decent answer. What exactly are Mill Dill and Vici? Are they cities or towns, counties, provinces or what? Is this problem happening with places that contain those three words or are they standalones? Give some examples.

What the have in common is Roman numerals and that is what it is trying to change them to. It has been reported to development.
