SUCCESS! Deleted Jane from RM9 and Ancestry; closed Ancestry. Added Jane back to RM9. Ran all the RM9 database tools. Synced with Ancestry, added Jane to Ancestry. Logged off and closed out everything. Restarted computer. Opened RM9 and synced again and there is no Jane Beale, with or without a link. She’s in both RM9 and Ancestry. Not sure what was up with that, but next time, I’ll just delete the errant person. Spent too much time on this. Thanks Kevin and Jerry for your help!
Glad you were able to get it straighten out – curious if the Ancestry server lag had anything to do with.
I’m not sure. But, while trying to sync RM and Ancestry, it did freeze up twice. Also, my ISP was having issues too. Hard to say the cause, but at least it’s fixed now. Thank again, Kevin.
Possible a network interruption could contribute to issues you were having –there are API calls involved (But API calls are not my area of tech knowledge).
