How to add a published book's ID system to RM11

I have a lot of information from a genealogist’s book. In the book, the author has his own ID system for the individuals he researched. How and where can I add those person ID’s to RM11?

Use the Reference No fact in RM. Enter his # there, add Source & Note indicating that that is the ID from their research rather than yours.

I have found 3 published books that have used the Henry Numbering System and that is what I enter in the Reference No.

Yes, that is what the author did for the book I am referring to. He used the first letter of the starting person’s name for the first person, then the descendants were numbered using that method. Thanks.
