Within the RM interface, no, this can’t be done by the program. You can create and manually populate such a fact.
Even if you do this manually, there are some decisions you would need to make. It’s possible that you are related to the same person in more than one way. If so, you would need to decide whether to include a fact for each such possible relationship or if you only wanted to include a fact for one particular such relationship. And if you only wanted to include a relationship for one particular such relationship, you would need to decide which relationship to include.
RM does store one particular relationship for each person in its database when you run the Set Relationships tool. However, there are no automated tools to query such relationships. The only tool available is the human eyeball. Also, when a person has several such relationships, the one that RM chooses to store is very often not what I would consider to be the most preferred or most obvious such relationship.
Finally, it is possible to get all the possible relationships between two people. However, this is a totally manual process which has to be done one pair of people at a time.
