Dropdown menu with a fact

Hello, i am very busy with connection all the monarchy families together especialy german and russian (tsaren)

i miss a function with a fact that you can chose from a dropdown, for example

Below, i have a fact Civil Ranks and now i all the time must type this in and type in the note the level of the rank this is, and also i every time must ad the citation by hand.. is there a more effeciant way to handle this ?

CIVIL RANKS
Collegiate Registrar is a civil rank of the XIV class
Synodal Registrar is a civil rank of the XIII class
Provincial Secretary is a civil rank of the XIII class
Cabinet registrar is a civil rank of the XIII class
Provincial Secretary is a civil rank of the XII class
Ship’s Secretary is a civil rank of the XI class
Collegiate Secretary is a civil rank of the X class
Titular Councilor is a civil rank of the IX class
Collegiate Assessor is a civil rank of the VIII class
Court Councillor is a civil rank of the VII class
Collegiate Councilor is a civil rank of the VI class
State Councilor is a civil rank of the V class
Actual State Councilor is a civil rank of the IV class
Privy Councillor is a civil rank of the III class
Actual Privy Councillor is a civil rank of the II class

I would create a “fake” person that has each of these Facts with Notes, etc.

Then when you have a real person, go to the “fake” one and Copy the Fact from them to the real person.

You can have the “fake” open, just minimized so they are easy to find.

Hello, this would be a option, but i have also, that i have a fact if the participate in a war, and i have already more als 100.

the only option i see is

  1. every time type all in then select the soure and in the source select the correct citation,

  2. make for every differt description from that fact a group and then later select that group and then with the option past the citation, ad the citation with that fact.
