How to add new place detail

In RM 11 I can’t find a way how to add a place detail to an existing place. If I use the add button I only can add new places but no place details.

On the Places page highlight the place you want to add a place detail. Click in the Details column and it will open the Place Details. Then use Add.

I just tried that and it entered a new Place not a Place Detail
