Started doing genealogy over 50 years ago when I was introduced to all these relatives at my wedding. Got help from an aunt who did genealogy for her generation and a relative on my mother’s mother’s side, but key stuff from interviewing family. I am using Rootsmagic mainly to back up my online trees. My main private tree is on Ancestry. My stuff on familysearch goes back via several lines connecting to the Yellow Emperor(China). I also have stuff on geni.com and MyHeritage. Stuff that I started on Geocities is now on Ancestry’s Rootsweb under ChineseSurname[see website link]
