Budding genealogist - have just about three years of experience. First major achievement was doing the research necessary to gain admission to the General Society of Mayflower Descendants. Am now working to solve a thorny paternity mystery using DNA matches and traditional genealogical research. All the while, I’ve been trying to build the solid infrastructure needed for this hobby. I also volunteer in the local-history room of a library near my home.
