I’ve been on Version 11.5.0.0 for several months now. And yet, it keeps prompting me to up update. Just updated again this morning (10 Sept 2026). After the update, the Home screen shows I’m up to date. And yet, in a few days, I’ll get the notice that I need to update again. Any suggestions as to what’s going on?
Are you using a Mac or Windows?
If Windows have you installed in the RM default location on the C:/ drive? If not it will apply the update to the default location and not update where you have actually installed it.

Thank you, Dave! I’m on Windows and I’m one of “those” people who like to keep their drives well organized. Meaning, I rarely install programs to the default location. Your answer appears to explain why I keep having this problem. My guess is that I need to download the update and then manually install it.
