Tree Share getting "hung up" stays at 100%

Is anyone else having this issue?

When I accept changes in Tree Share it gets hung up - it makes it to 100% and just stays there. I need to go into task manager and close down Roots Magic.

This morning it happen 4 times while using Tree Share. Does anyone come across the same issue - I’m using EDGE as my browser.

you probably need to provide more details.
Are you uploading or downloading entire tree? With or without media? how many people? etc etc
What OS what ver# RM? (if 64 or 32b)

  • Just updating event for one individual at a time - max six events at a time some updates some new facts. - Not a whole tree.
  • Using RM version 11
  • Believe 32 bit
  • Sometimes it works sometimes it does not

Possible due to increased traffic with Holiday weekend but if it happening regularly you might want to open a ticket or contact support.
