I have just got a new phone and have the app on my old android phone but when I search for it in the “Play Store” it does not come up. How do I download it to my phone?

You can’t. It’s written by a third party and RM has dropped it since new versions of Android will not run the app.

While not exactly the true cause, the RM App for Android has been retired. It no longer works on ANY version of Android. You can no longer upload a new database using Dropbox. It will look at an existing database if you had one uploaded before it broke.
