Hi, I have noticed several relationship reporting errors in my upgrade to RM10. Specifically, if select a name of anyone in my file, on the side panel, under their name and birth and death years, it will show my relationship. (i.e. first cousin 3 times removed) However, if I run the relationship calculator on this same person and use myself as the comparison person, I would get a slightly different result, such as first cousin 4 times removed. Any thoughts why this is happening and how i can fix it? ---

It is very possible that you are related both ways. One is reporting the nearest relationship and one could be the first found relationship. ---

The relationship calculator include all (or most) relationships found. Where as the set Relationships normally shows the closest or most relevant found. Not sure if RM can provide more details or insight on how that happens. ---

No idea on fixing it. You might try flipping the pair in the Relationship Calculator to see if the calculation is symmetrical. Also, run Kinship List report which, iirc, matches Set Relationships outcomes. ---
