I still think you are not fixing the issue of the people already in RM. Otherwise why are you trying to UnMatching them? If the icon is blue they are already matched to someone in the RM database just not that family. You need to find those people in RM and fix the family relationships first. Once those family members are joined into one family unit when you open the FamilySearch Person Tools again they will all show linked to each other and to FamilySearch. Instead by what you are describing you keep adding more people to your RM database and yes, its going to be a mess to clean up.

This scenario means the people (specifically their FSID) is already linked to one (or more) people in your database. This can sometimes happens to something your did or sometimes it can result of a merge on Fam Search side. Another possibility is when relationships are changed in RM or FamSearch. This can get confusing on where to look first. The bottom people that are not green might simply not have any parent and just need to be “linked”. Using Life Summary can be very helpful with some of those scenarios. You can see # of spouses and parents
In you case you have several people so it may be you just need to make sure each of non highlighted have one set of parents and the same as the other green ones.
as well as children form the parents and so on - look at the parent then look at at least two of the siblings (green and not green) – double check from different Point of View

Gibt es ein Tool, das diese Situationen (Johann Georg ist mit Agatha korrekt und eindeutig verknüpft; dennoch wird in Agatha blau angezeigt) ermittelt und dann wenigstens die Verbindung ausgraut?

In Chrome I right click on the page and select “Translate to English”. It translates the full page.

Sidenote: In Edge browser (Chrome-based), the whole-page translation doesn’t immediately happen. Instead, as you scroll up or down (pages larger than your browser window) the translation visibly and quickly occurs as foreign text comes into view.
Having not used these external sites in these way, I don’t know if it affects match-recognition by FamilySearch or not. I do know that RootMagic, Ancestry, and FamilyTree all store and treat and handle Nickname slightly differently and that can be a confusion (like your question asking where Ancestry nicknames wind up in RM and where RM TreeShare nicknames wind up at Ancestry).
As far as displaying Birth date, it is a human visual help, but behind the scenes FamilySearch and RM already KNOW the Birth date (because it is a factor for finding the matches to be displayed).

The My RootsMagic Person ALREADY shows Nickname (see below). Your issue relates more to Person(s) already being matched (blue icon on right-hand FamilySearch side) but not displayed on left-hand RootsMagic side (because they are “linked” but not a part of the family SUGGESTION from FamilySearch.

Find Matches>Search for More matches ALREADY shows Birth date on MyRootsMagic side. These screens are either ALREADY matched OR just showing You entries (on each side) that have been entered as children/spouse of family unit being depicted.

Much of your discussion is about VIEWING matches, but being unsure if they are the right one… well, that is done in the earlier phase when SEARCHING for matches and confirming. The Birth info is there during the search and You get to choose it as a match. Afterwards, if You later unlink and move people out of one family to another or as a lone person, they remain MATCHED… just no longer displayed in a VIEW of their former Parent(s) or a VIEW of their former Spouse (from prior when You approved the MATCH). If You delete them or unMATCH them, subsequently, You would HAVE to go through the Find Matches screens again and re-approve the match for the family shown or choose another from the suggested More Matches of Find More button.
