# Problem with upgrading RM9

I have RM9. I have tried to upgrade to the new version. The upgrade starts, gets about halfway through and then aborts.There is no error message. I am using a MacOS, Big Sur 11.2.3. with Google Chrome. Suggestions, please! Thank you.
