Is there a way in RootsMagic (I suspect not) to uncheck the “Primary” checkbox for all facts, quickly and easily, or do I have to go through all the individuals in the database and all the fact for each individual?

There isn’t an option to uncheck all facts as Primary. I really couldn’t see a need for doing that unless you have two or more facts of the same type, and want to note which is primary. The Fact Type List would help you find “People w/more than 1:” of a specific fact.
