I upgraded to RM 11 and noticed they picked up some words that I didn’t even type. Was it from AI? Any ideas?
Not much to go on with your question to help.
What version did you upgrade from? Did you just open an old file and convert it?
Do you know exactly what words were picked up? Do you have a backup you can restore?
words picked up where? in notes? in desc? for certain facts?
do you have comparison screenshot to show between versions?
RM doesn’t have AI inside it so it wouldn’t be that. We only help build AI Prompts that you copy and paste to an AI engine. If you have new data in the file that you didn’t put there, I suspect you are not looking at the same file you were using earlier. If you add the Date Edited as a column on the People List and sort by it you can tell when people were last worked on in the files.

Look for Date Edited in the Available Fields(left column), highlight it, then click Add to view button in middle to have it start showing as a column under Fields to Display:

as @kbens0n describes I often will tweak this depending on what I am doing - I know a previous request to save different “views” to be able to switch between was previously requested
