clicking a tag or citation displays a blank window in both light or dark mode. this bug was fixed a few versions ago but is now back in mac tahoe all software current.
Trying it on Windows and Mac versions and my pop-up is not blank. There must be something else happening.
macbook air M4 (not Intel) Tahoe. Dark and Light mode had no effect. I think popup has white text on white background.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling RM. Also check if it happens on other databases too. Are you using more than one monitor?
I have a MacBook Air M3 running Tahoe 26.6, with RM on an external monitor, and I do not have this problem.
Wait, reverse that! I hadn’t updated to 11.5.0 yet, just updated and now I get the blank popup where a few minutes ago I did not.
I only have one monitor on my Mac and can’t reproduce this in 11.5.0. with Tahoe 26.6. I reported it to development to check out.
only one monitor (the laptop). all my databases. Terry has the same problem as soon as he updated. Consider whether the resolution relates to Intel chips and external monitors.

Neither of you have the Intel chip, so it’s not that. You both don’t have external monitors either. I’m also on the M-series Apple Silicon chip and cannot reproduce this. Something else must be going on. Has to be some setting on the Mac. Just not sure what yet.
I tone down Liquid Glass as much as possible:
accessability..increase contrast and reduce transparency ON
appearance..dark mode
I leave RM running all the time. At some point in the last few days I applied the latest MacOS update, which of course rebooted and restarted my apps. Now the popups have the expected text in them.
Lucky you…my popups are still blank on 11.5.0
