# New error messages

I’m trying to print the first page of a Family Group sheet and am unable to do so because I am getting the following three error messages. I’m not at all technologically gifted so I have no idea what to do or how to get them fixed.

Access violation at address 3003736200000000, accessing address 3003736200000000.

Access violation at address 0000000102D83E30, accessing address 0000000000000018.

A component named frmScarPrint already exists.

Try Save to File (instead of Print). Then open the saved file and try printing from there. It should print  
-if yes, just completely closing out RM and restarting should return things to normal.  
-if no, close RM completely, then restart to open the problem database and run Tools\>Database Tools\>(Integrity then Rebuild. then Remove Phantom and finally Compact)

If you still have an error try changing from footnote to endnotes.
