I am spending time orienting myself for Roots magic 7 and getting better at navigating and cleaning up thanks to you tubes but… I notice my father’s name listed twice, once with a big blue cross beside it and can’t find the reference to why this is. Please advise. Thanks Linda
The blue cross indicates an Alternate Name. Check the RM7 Help on this.
You can choose not to display alternate names in the index by clicking the OPTIONS box above the first name in the Index, and unchecking “Show alternate name”.
