# Media drop intermittently not allowing a jpg

So getting random things going wrong since updating to 8.1.3.0

Previously I could drag and drop media perfectly, now when I attempt to drag a .jpg over I get a circle with a line through it, clearly something is going wrong. The only way I can now add a photo is by going to add new media and navigating to the photo.  
I deleted RM8 and reinstalled but still getting the errors.

note this has only been going on since the latest update.

Does anyone know how I can correct this if possible?

While not exactly the same problem, but in a previously added .jpg that worked in RM8, since new update it was saying it wasn’t supported. I had to remove the media and add it again as new media. I hope that this is a bug that will be fixed, as I would hate to have this problem reoccur.
