How can I note that not all or no children are listed in a family on my database? There have been times where I was just interested in how a person was related to me and only listed the necessary people to get to the person I wanted the relationship for.
you mean essentially - “missing children expected” or unknown if all children of family found etc?
you could use a custom note – I have research note for that - and “Parents not confirmed” for example in desc and more details in notes. In your case – Tag both parents and add desc “Missing Children”? you could also tag/shared with siblings
