Computers are good at doing that sort of thing
I have submitted the request to development. What I would personally recommend is you make a copy of your database before creating the GEDCOM. Then go into the sources that you used a private switch on and remove the information you do not want included in the GEDCOM. Then export the GEDCOM from that copy. That is the only way to make sure it’s not included.
