It’s hard to tell what the problem is with the information available. If I had to guess, I would guess that Ira Adler was linked to a child twice in FS, and that RM is simply reporting that back to you. What does Mack Adler’s list of children look like in FS?
I agree that it’s bothersome that Ira Adler has the same FSID both times. You would think that FS would prevent that from happening on their site.
When it happens it can be confusing what needs to be fixed and where. Often it might be on RM side – other times its FS that needs correcting. You can search for that FS ID with WM ui to find all RM people associated with FS ID. The relationship could be wrong in RM or Fam Search or both even is another scenario. The FSC screen is basically just telling you something is not in agreement between both sides.
I wonder if it is because you have two Max Adler entries (with different birth years) in the same family on FS? The Max Adler, “New York, State Census, 1915” shows only one. Maybe the duplicate Ira would no longer appear if the two Max Adler entries were merged?
Another possibility is you have someone else in the database also matched to Ira Adler. It could be a random person (different name) so search by FamilySearch ID: LTGB-ZW7.
